Q1: How long will my order take to ship?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment. We do not ship on weekends and US public holidays.
Q2: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will send a unique tracking number to your registered email. You can track the latest logistics status through the official carrier website.
Q3: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
A: If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong products, please take photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of receipt, and contact our official email. We will provide free replacement or full refund service after verification.
Q4: Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
A: You can contact customer service to modify or cancel the order before shipment. Once the order is shipped, modification or cancellation is not supported, and you can apply for return after receiving the package.
Q5: Do you support international shipping?
A: At present, VORLOOM only supports shipping to all regions of the United States, and international shipping services are temporarily not available.
Q6: Are the home textile products skin-friendly and safe?
A: All our home textile products are made of high-quality skin-friendly fabrics, which have passed safety inspections, no peculiar smell, no harmful substances, suitable for adult and family daily use, safe and comfortable.
Q7: How to clean and maintain VORLOOM bedding products?
A: It is recommended to wash with cold water gently, avoid high-temperature boiling and strong bleaching agents, and dry in a ventilated place to maintain the softness and service life of the home textile.
Q8: How long does the refund take to arrive?
A: After we confirm the qualified return inspection, the refund will be initiated within 1–2 working days, and the funds will arrive in 3–7 working days, subject to the bank or payment platform processing progress.
