VORLOOM adheres to a customer-friendly return and refund policy to ensure your satisfactory shopping experience. All return and refund services comply with US local consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We support a 30-day return and exchange service calculated from the date you receive the package. To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and complete original packaging, and can be resold normally.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations do not support return and refund: products damaged, worn, or washed by customers; products missing original packaging or tags; customized personal products; discounted clearance products (final sale); damage caused by improper use and storage by customers.
Return Process
1. Contact our official customer service email within 30 days of receipt to submit a return application and describe the return reason.
2. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request, and we will provide you with a designated return address and return instructions.
3. Pack the product completely and send it back, and provide us with the return tracking number.
4. After we receive and inspect the returned product to be qualified, we will process the refund or exchange service for you.
Return Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by product quality problems, wrong delivery, or our mistakes, we will bear the return shipping fee. If you return the product for personal reasons (dislike, inappropriate size, personal preference), the return shipping fee shall be borne by yourself.
Refund Method & Cycle
All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel. After the returned product is inspected and confirmed to be qualified, the refund will be completed within 3–7 business days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing rules of your payment platform.
